Goldenrod (Solidago Canadensis) is especially effective on two systems in the body- the respiratory system and the kidney/urinary tract system. This plant is traditionally used for seasonal or chronic allergies and it can be used in acute moments of allergy attack or as a daily preventative leading up to allergy season (and would work well preventatively combined with liver support and nettle tea).
