Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) is a gentle respiratory support that is often helpful for people with chronic lung conditions or after exposure to smoke, mold, pollutants and other irritatants.*

Mullein plants produce giant, fuzzy leaves in their first year and striking flowering stalks in their second year. We gather the leaves weekly when they are at their peak potency in the late Summer and early Fall and dry them for tea and tincture fresh for tincture and leave some stalks every year for the bees and to reseed.
